Terms of use
Last updated: 19 October 2026. Draft, pending review.
These terms govern your use of the Tesselyn website and free tools. They are operated by HevraBest Group Ltd (company no. 517045183, Israel). By using the site, you agree to these terms.
The tools
- The tools are provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available", without any warranty. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. For example, a site may block our requests or respond differently to different bots.
- Not legal advice. The GPSR text generator produces templates only. It doesn't confirm that your product, label or listing complies with Regulation (EU) 2023/988 (GPSR), the Toy Safety Directive, harmonised standards or any other law. Translations are machine-assisted templates and should be reviewed by a qualified person. You alone are responsible for the information you publish.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the tools to attack, overload or probe systems you aren't authorised to test. Don't automate requests to bypass our rate limits. For bulk use, see our Apify tools.
- We may block or limit any use at our discretion.
- Sanctions and restricted countries. You may not use this site if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a person or organisation in a restricted country or region. Currently these are: Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Antarctica, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine. You also may not use it if you are on, or owned or controlled by someone on, any applicable sanctions list (including those of the United Nations, the United States (OFAC SDN), the European Union, the United Kingdom or Israel).
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HevraBest Group Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the tools or reliance on their results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Third-party services
Links to Apify and other third-party services are governed by their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue in your own country.
